Admin

- Evaluate scheduling/block scheduling—modification opportunities
- Update operations and employee handbooks
- Look into services you’ve wanted to add
Audiology
- Call patients to check in on them
- Clean/organize all spaces, files and storage areas
- Recalibrate equipment
- Review inventory
- Review and update posters and collateral
- Create new collateral or patient-facing materials
- Review/update department business/marketing plan
- Evaluate internal processes, procedures and scheduling
- Look into services you’ve wanted to add
- Call referring physicians to let them know the services you are currently offering
- Watch webinars and attend online trainings
- Learn to implement remote assistance programs and tele-audiology appointments
Allergy
- Clean/organize allergy room, refrigerator and mixing area
- Review inventory
- Review/update patient collateral
- Call patients to check in on them
- Call patients with allergies who have not started treatment, discuss options
- Evaluate internal processes, procedures and scheduling
Front Office
- Clean up database lists and gather missing information
- Create a shared document of FAQs that includes practice response

Anyone
- Review/update goals
- Clean/update office look and feel
- Tour the office as a patient to visualize their experience and take measures to improve
